IRMCA Scholarships
2018 IRMCA Scholarship Program
The Iowa Ready Mixed Concrete Association (IRMCA) is pleased to announce its 2018 Scholarship Program. Scholarships will be awarded to college students seeking degrees in areas of study relating to careers in the ready mixed concrete and construction/engineering industries. The amount of each scholarship will be determined annually by the IRMCA Scholarship/Educational Outreach Committee. Scholarships are awarded during the month of March at IRMCA’s Annual Convention. In 2017, IRMCA awarded fifteen scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 to deserving students.

2018 Jerry Woods Scholarship
The Iowa Ready Mixed Concrete Association (IRMCA) has established a scholarship in honor of longtime IRMCA Director of Training and Outreach, Jerry Woods. Jerry epitomized the positive spirit of the concrete industry through his craft, his enthusiasm for life, and his passion for helping young individuals interested in following a career in the concrete and building trades industries. Jerry will always be remembered as a valued member of our industry.
